Absolutely, one year a girl had created her character and had a little card that told the character’s name and a little about her with a link to a website with more info. It was kinda cool.

I had never really thought about there being any guidelines. I’m not into costuming for myself but people can be so creative. Maybe some day in the far distant future I’ll participate.

I haven’t worn a costume since I was in grammar school. Maybe I might try wearing a monochromatic outfit and go wild with face paint and a wig. That could let me be almost anonymous and comfortable while at the same time cutting loose.
