script, and other goodies to help raise funds and beat down The Viking Eric
Northman!

TO BENEFIT GULFAID & SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGE
FANS HAVE ALREADY RAISED MORE THAN $29,000!
True Blood fans come together in a contest to beneft charities chosen by Stephen
Moyer and Alexander Skarsgård (Bill Compton and Eric Northman in HBO’S True
Blood). Stephen Moyer and Alex Skarsgård portray rival vampires on the show and
that has, in turn, sparked rivalry between their fans, Team Eric and Team Bill. Now
the fans can demonstrate their passion by rallying to their favorite vampire’s
charity.
The actors are good friends in real life and demonstrate their charitable hearts
and senses of humor by participating in this contest. We invite any fan site,
organization, or single fan to join in the fun and participate in the event which
benefts these two worthy causes.
Stephen Moyer and Alexander Skarsgård have both agreed to wear a T-shirt
designed by the winning actor and their team – and be photographed
wearing it!
The Battle of the Fang – Looziana Grudge Match launched on June 13th and
continues through the season fnale of True Blood on September 12. The contest
is organized by True Blood News and
Alexskarsgard.net.
Stephen Moyer is truly saddened by the devastation of the Gulf of Mexico due to
the BP oil spill, and he would like to reach out and help Louisiana and the Gulf
Coast which have been so damaged by the Deepwater Horizon disaster. The
donations raised in his honor will beneft GulfAid.
Alexander Skarsgård would like to see the fund raising in his honor go to SOS
Children’s Villages, an organization that works to focus on children without
parental care and children of families in difcult circumstances.
Donations are accepted throughout the True Blood season; the contest will end
immediately after the season fnale and the names of winning vamp and two lucky
fans will be announced the following Monday morning. There will be one fan
cosen at random for each side (the winning and losing team). The t-shirt worn in
the photograph by that fan’s “vamp” will be signed and sent to that winning fan.
